About Roy Washburn

Roy Washburn began the journey to full time Realtor while studying for his business degree. He understands the importance of home ownership and how he can serve his community by assisting in the purchase or sale of a home. A park model trailer that only needed a little elbow grease and a persistent salesman created an opportunity for Roy to help serve his first client. 

Navigating the purchase or sale of a home can be difficult and confusing. Roy will work constantly to make sure that the experience is as smooth as possible. 

Roy found Charlie Wise at Lost Dutchman and recognized the servant’s heart at the root of the company. He immediately wanted to join the team. Roy realizes that if he desires to help serve those around him, he has to surround himself with the best. 

Roy discovered that the joy he has finding or selling a home for someone brings a similar joy that he has playing and coaching baseball. Since a child, Roy loves baseball and was blessed to play through the college level. Now he coaches an Apache Junction Little League team with his brother, where he can pour his knowledge of the game into the next generation with the goal of creating more passionate leaders through the game of baseball.

In his spare time, Roy enjoys spending time with family, hiking, playing acoustic guitar, and country swing dancing. Roy also enjoys his time in the gym lifting and training. Roy is passionate about a healthy lifestyle which enables him to be passionate about all his interests.
