About LARRY STOVER

Larry Stover is the Property Manager and Co-Owner of Lost Dutchman Realty. Larry’s primary responsibilities include budgeting, contract negotiations, revenue generation, financial statement preparation, as well as the management of expenses, cash, and purchases. Larry’s focus is on customer service, leasing, and resident retention and ensuring that each property provides excellent customer service. He believes in giving his team the training and development necessary to be empowered to succeed.

 

Currently, Larry works on big-picture items for the Property Management Division of the company, such as acquisitions, finances, updating computer software, and special projects. He enjoys helping the company grow not just in size, but in the continued improvement of the relationships with the business community and the residents of their communities.

 

In Larry’s spare time, he enjoys gardening, raising his chickens, watching movies, spending time with his friends, and his dog, and working on other business endeavors. Larry is co-founder of the Community Appreciation Day for the citizens of Apache Junction, Annual Backpack Drive for the kids for school, Trunk or Treat event with the City of Apache Junction, Christmas Angel Tree Program for the kids in need in Apache Junction & so much more!

 

Larry is a Member of NARPM (National Association of Realtor® Property Management). He has served on multiple boards with the SEVRAR (Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors®).
